Well it looks like the courts are going to decide now if Ron and his cohorts have been misleading the market. Many of has suspected it for some time but there has never been any hard proof to bring them undone.

If OEX fail in defending this action by Zeta they will likely go into administration. Maybe the price of 1.5 cents is too generous now considering what is happening. I wonder if it will re-open below 1 cent?
