If it was "hope" that led you to HML/HMLO in the 1st place (sigh, like me) then "double or nothing" is not a wise strategy - even if by some miracle you end up in front when all is said and done. Does that make it the "right" decision? Stu and his gang have gravely miscalculated the power of the forces arraigned against. Like Bilbo Baggins sneaking into a sleeping Smaug's lair, he has awakened the Eye of Sauron. That's not a good place to be for a fellow companion with his skin in the game. At least Bilbo could turn invisible and hide somewhere. Too bad for anyone else ("So sorry, theres only room for one").
Everyone is fully awake now. Bluster and bombast are not going to wash, nor is treating the authorities/critics like keystone cops. It was funny fo a while, but not anymore.
The BHDO options have a longer term - till ~ April 2020, so they're a different proposition. I took the red pill on HMLO. And let go.
