I am so glad Lucy works for us not for Dome. Our own CEO at Team GAS..
Met Lucy for the first time at the GAS AGM. We had a great chat and this Lady is one very smart operator.
We have a small team at GAS but what a very good team we do have.
Lucy is all over our legal issue here like no tomorrow. Look at the Ladies Expertise.
What we have been informed about Dome is that the head Man for them is currently in a very small concrete room and more than likely squeezing blackheads on the back of very large hairy backs and giving out free foot massages with a Cleo magazine slid down the back of his undies.
We have been informed that they Dome are broke and have no cash.
They were required to pay their fair share of the drilling cost for the recent drilling activities and associated cost at our Permit PL-231.
They did not Pay.
They have defaulted on a legal agreement which no doubt would have clearly stipulated that in order to retain your share of the Permit you need to pay the ongoing cost of said operational expense of permit. Fair Enough. You want, you pay.
Now we at GAS and all of its SH have had to pay all of the cost involved in developing this truly Magnificent Permit.
This as far as a SH of which I am one and many of you that read this are as well and if you are not a SH should seriously consider being one because what we have here at GAS can only be described as SPECTACULAR are now entitled without doubt in my opinion to 100% of the Permit PL-231.
Weally - I will confirm this early next week with G.Baynton or A.Young from Highbury but I am sure that the sale of our Permit or the Entity GAS sale can still proceed but I have no doubt it will have a clause encumbered within subject to outcome of our legal challenge for the 20%.
Matter of fact they would not have listed with Highbury for a Sale if it was not able to be sold.
It will get sorted and fairly quickly I would imagine given Ms.Lucy Snelling expertise and contacts.
Important to note we own 80%. We are majority Stake Holder and operator of Permit so any buyer will still be able to deal with us directly for the Sale and if by some slight remote chance we do not obtain the disputed 20% we will receive 80% of that total Sale amount. I just honestly can't see that happening.
Snelling, Baynton and Chairman Bellas are all over this like a rash and I am very comfortable with this.
Will post more details early next week.
Pumper
All of the above IMHO and as always DYOR.
