Doesn't matter whether they prevail in some future time or not. The uncertainty is now there, at least for the short-term. Anything with 'legal' or 'dispute' in the content of an announcement spells trouble for a stock's price action, and particularly in the current market climate. Is a shame as it was doing so beautifully.
Some support now coming in the low 60's. Can only wait and see what happens from here and whether some will now see it as a bargain given that it was in high 70's this morning.
