well that is what good lawyers who can draft and advise are for. if that is a valid interpretation of the original sale contract and the option condition then those lawyers are dopes. let's hope the lawyers did their jobs properly. today's share price action indicates the market is backing GAS and its lawyers to have done the right thing.
