    I note the announcement which seems to suggest that the ultimate ownership of BMG 40% HIP by CAP and or ASI is not certain and that the exercise of CAP JV rights where they may match ASI bid is now delayed to the 21st April 2013.

    It seems to me that the current buying activity and share price appreciation is for the purpose of buying votes for the upcoming SGM.

    However I ask what is the likely outcome for the shares price if the management prevails at the SGM. Based on the past the share prices has declined steeply and quite quickly after the buying activity ceases.
