Sounds positive to me as they wouldn't be having a third go at listing on HKEx without being confident of the outcome.
Expect to see updated Reserves Report and Audited Financial Statements to 31Dec17 shortly.
Swedish Land and Environmental Court might well decide shortly that the appeal against the Test Mining Permit has no legal and technical merit and dismisses it.
