Hi NI is not the waste rock at Jokisivu inert and isn't that why they have a permit to crush and sell it as building aggregate? so what rehab is possibly required ? What is Sustamala is this Vamala ? Svartliden has never had an envirometal breach and in Sweden a mining company maintains a cash bond for rehab that is agreed with the authorities and is constantly increased as it produces so the costs are already covered .
I don't know about any spoilt lakes but didn't Outokumpu run the Orivesi mine and the Vamala processing plant for many years before Dragon bought it.? They a Finish company so why don't you talk to them about historic questions or is it only Dragon that you target ?
