So please explain, why it would not be that, when the AVI decision was appealed
to the Vaasa administrative court?
And the matter was most probably known to Dragon before last Q4 reports.

This is a repeating pattern. Getting  Sastamala permit or filing EIA for Kuusamo was price sensitive
but failing these were not....

When it is positive, it is an ocean of success, and all failures happen in a tea cup.
