Yeah pretty much they get to run the show for 10% holding
But I think the current board member will resist and it going to be a sheet fight till the end cos they know their job is at risk and some real damage to the business can be done during this period.
Everyone will be manuvering to protect their job business may takes a back seat for now until the bell ring and the fight is over.
