BTW I was responding to your own comment "It is a threat to call an EGM"
In the interests of clarity, it's not a threat to call an EGM and not a threat to convene an EGM in which very highly qualified people put themselves up for election of directors. This is for the purposes of restoring direction and shareholder wealth in a company that's presently hopelessly adrift under a board of squabbling nobodies who haven't a clue, the vision or the talent to rebuild the business. Lets remember, it's THIS board that screwed up on value and growth.
