    Rey should never have been allowed to buy Backreefs interest , especially at a price Oil Basin's agreed to match . Oil Basin's were forced to come to an accommodation with Rey due to legal technicalities/deficiencies . Seems the documents were signed under duress .

    Rey might have been capable at the time OBL signed the docs with them .

    That doesn't mean they are now .

    I don't think "luck" has anything to do with BRU not finishing their testing . I think they are dragging their heals to screw Oil Basins .

    Hopefully Buru's motive is to carry out a scrip takeover of Oil Basins .
