The implication by the down rampers here is that GMC have not achieved a DSO. The fact is the government had not approved a DSO, and this distinction matters. They are dealing with a corrupt, innept government that thrives on corruption. Dealing with this government is a major part of the risk associated with this project. Overcoming these obstacles will not be easy and most long term holders like me will happily acknowledge that. You only lose money two ways on these projects: you sell at the wrong time or the project fails. Im happy to wait and see how it pans out, well aware of the risks. If you lost money by bailing out bad luck. Go away and try your luck somewhere else.
