One needs to work out the downside in stock at highs not lows
At 1cent its 2.6mill cap which this day is still cheap for a shell type play with low number of shares....the waiting time is what kills you...the run takes a week the holding takes forever...back to my point if they do announce a new acqusition and it is hot then it opens up at 2cents hence the reason why its currently priced wrong
