    if MEM gets excess money back, which i believe we have a very high chance, based on its last presentation, they only need some 4mil more to bring tech to commercial, so they might be able to pay directors Convert Notes money back, the MC would reduce another 1/3, correct? havent got time to check.facts...

    one thing i know the base for sp drop from 6 to 3 is now proven incorrect... and we should revert back to 6 at least..
