read between lines, the reason for hold off cap raise in dec was they expected to get excess B share money back, which didnt evatuate... in two months time, prIME is willing to do arbitration outside of court, that seems mean to me they really need investors money injection, but cant finance without sorting out with MEM, they probably willing to pay some million, but not all the millions!

at the time 27mil S, now would be north of 40 by looking at their website and facility in place... 40% of that minus 5mil debt... thats a lot of money for a now 2mil mc company which directors hold half!
