Top 20 holder selling, or could it be the new advisor that got 25,000,000 free shares early last month?
If it's the adviser, this is the problem with giving away free shares. 25,000,000 free shares may only be $50k worth of stock, and much easier then giving cash, but it has the ability to wipe out the majority of MEM's buy orders at the minute.
If the advisor was in it for the long run they would have taken free options in leiu of ordinary shares.
It might not be them, but this volume is unusual for MEM over the span of 3 days.
