The new Co I think has quite a few business contacts in that country and has many mining interests as well.
I personally think that they have some plans for the processing plant to be the main source of their revenue from local ore producers in that area of the country and they will also use this "shell of a Co MIZ" as a means to get a cheap financial entry onto the ASX so as to raise funds (CR) for further developments and give their overall Co interests / operations some improved exposure.
