You're right, I think it will be a hard sell. They'd need to have a comprehensive plan put in place and constant updates as to where they'd sit on that plan.
One whiff of stepping backwards would be the worst they could do.
Not sure if i want to take another hit on this one when it comes back or just let it die out when i get the "unmanageable parcel" letter.
