Ann: Update on Deed of Company Arrangement-MIZ.AX, page-55

Has anyone else read the Ferrier Hodgson Deed of Amendment Restatement - DOCA dated 30/6/16?
I just scanned through it and noticed these details on pp.77,79:

Capital Raising means the offer by MIZ of New Shares at A$0.01 per Share to raise A$3,500,000 (before costs).

Consolidation means consolidation of all Existing Shares on a 1 for 350 basis...
(My addition - this means roughly the equivalent of 10 million New Shares [x 1c = $100,000] - that's not much for each of us!)  In fact my holding will be worth about $50.  Work out your own.

New Shares means 350,000,000 Post Consolidation Shares to be issued under the Capital Raising.

There's plenty to read on the full document but the above points are the salient ones for us I think.  Now, who'd like to buy a few New Shares when they come up?
