I found the following from 2012 on the Internet. Presumably they are now planning to list on the ASX through MIZ. Any thoughts?
Here's a gold play to look at thats a bit different.. They picked up a mill first in Peru thats bringing in cash flow then aquired exploration targets...
They were supposed to do an IPO last march but due to market conditions they held it back..
Since then they have changed their name to Andina Resources progressed their producing Gold mill, aquired 3 good prospective land holdings in Peru and currently looking at aquiring some producing gold mines to supply the mill...
according to their website they will be going to the market soon to raise money to fund the IPO either on the ASX or O/S and increase exploration...
