If one remembers past Co issues... part of the problem in the old days was that many of the locals and other mining interest parties weren't supporting the Co with ore for the mill processing ....lets hope that things will change now with Gold prices up...I'm also thinking that with a local management team that were born and breed there that they would have a better understanding of how things commercially and cultural wise should/ought to be done in that region of the world so as to add valve to the Co and have proper ongoing working relationships.
