You will find that Phua is so arrogant and that is evident from their ann's showing copies of their responses to ASIC, that ASIC have basically said "up yours"!

We all want this to succeed and yes, I'll be in front of MSN eating that humble pie but one also has to be realistic. The evidence doesn't lie. I'm afraid.
