Poor communication from the company if they do this. Tells us they haven't learnt much from the last time they did this - a real lack of market appreciation for the announcement, more of a masking exercise to soften the quarterly.

Expecting a few short term wins from Mr Pretty once he comes on board on the 23rd + a visit to his institutional contacts wouldn't go astray... An easy way to generate shareholder interest and get the price back over 20c, whilst making him look like pretty good upon entering the new role.
