I think perhaps we need to put ourselves in the position of Mr Bapak. Why on earth would he remain a cornerstone investor and pay $0.015 per share when he could simply buy on market to accumulate his position (obviously he would not be able to buy 10M worth on market). As such I dont believe this is as doom and gloom as some posters are pointing out. The second issue here is the con note, i highly doubt that the note will not be extended but on the chance that it does then we simply undertake a capital raise to complete the construction. Whether we undertake a capital raise or the con note is extended dilution will still occur. The third issue here is the mining ban, say it remains in place, im sure that we can always import the ore and continue with production.
That being said we are in a rather precarious position and there is a chance that we all fall over. But personally we have come this far, been through worse and we are still here so ill back the boys to get it together as opposed to taking the loss
