re: Ann: Update on company acquisition and It... Slightly ahead, but my negativety is because management of KEY stated early commercialisation of KN#1 when in fact after 18 months they still have not announced what they are going to do with progressing to production and they now indicate that they have no idea whether they can sell the gas or not.
It's fine to now state that they cannot control what Aminex do, but that was the case when early commercialisation was promised!!!
If the rights issue was going as management had hoped, they would not be doing the phone around, so it is pretty obvious that a lot of shareholders are not prepared to throw any more of their money into a company that at present is under achieving.
Also bear in mind when KEY first floated the issue price was $0.30, so there are plent of investors currently underwater here and IMOit is time management had a little more empathy to that situation.
