This is left order from 1.03 pm sale. There was not single seller for that amount.
Some people buy in round numbers others by dollar value.
For example, if I was to buy with $5 k @0.041 it would give me 121 951 shares. Selling this amount at 0.05 I could get buyer who only wants 121 000 which would leave 951 shares outstanding for this order.
If you watch course of sales you will notice when bot is either selling or buying. Same can be find on market depth.
