I'm sure Patersons dumped their shares at the 7'ish last year being the underwriter they have the upper hand advantage $$$ any shortfall not raised they make up the difference which was >$1M made a tidy sum of $2M+ while we are all pondering and scratching ourselves...
A bit like a dealer at a casino the house always rules we all try to win big with rubber duckies quack quack and end up going home disappointed
Being an underwriter they always have first hand knowledge when to sell they got the experts so called analyst working behind the scenes how can u go wrong ?
