You've really got nothing mate, your points are mute. Every single one of them can be disputed with factual evidence.
Just because someone like Rohan Ziegelaar decided to start his own business instead of working for the global giants that he has in the past doesn't mean he isn't any good or that because CFE have chosen to engage him doesn't mean we are scraping the bottom of the barrel. The guy has strong credentials and a lot of contacts in the metals market place.

Note the name Mr Rohan Ziegelaar on the attached Metals bulletin, looks like he is capable of training others and presenting on the topic of trading metals so maybe he does know his stuff and has industry contacts, his Linked in resume/work history looks like he has put these deals together before and should know what he is doing to sort the best deals possible. It is a specialist field and a smart management move by Tony Sage to bring in a professional to do the job instead of trying to negotiate a minefield himself.
