There can be no doubt that TS is a person looking after his own self. Shareholders don't mean anything to him, except as a way to get CR money when needed.
Because shareholders actually do hold shares, they get a piece when TS wants to get a REALLY BIG RETURN for himself.
As for the dividend the shareholders were promised....can you imagine how big that dividend payment would have been for TS...himself? absolutely huge.
He ( I believe ) really thought (dreamed as it turns out) he had hit the bigtime with Marampa.
No one is perfect.
But if a deal IS done... then holders will do well....RIDING HIS COATTAILS
