    International Goldfields Limited (ASX code IGS) has not been wound up in England!

    IGS' subsidiary, Latin Gold Ltd (UK) the holder of the gold asset has been wound up?

    Confusing? It is?

    So things do not look good for CFE's investment in IGS.

    Maybe holders should ask where the 3.4m pound went?
