Not the worst move in the world but I would've preferred they kept it. Positive is TAM now has $33m in the bank with a mkt cap of $45m and are fully funded to development.
NST now have material exposure...but given they've been drilling up there since April I hardly think they needed to be motivated. Well played to them...the smartest guy in the room nearly always wins.
