"Given this, Tissue Therapies (in consultation with the Notified Body, BSI) has withdrawn its
application for a Scientific Opinion in respect of VitroGro® ECM, but not the CE Mark
application. Consequently, the approval (CE Mark) of VitroGro® ECM for the European market
will be delayed."

I expect that this text means that the CE mark wont be granted until the SO has been made. I suspect what not withdrawing the CE mark application means we may not be back at the start... aka not a brand new 210 day cycle, and that starting after whatever (plural) studies are required. but where the hell we are is anybodies guess.

All I can say is this last 35% or whatever of the questions seems to be doosies.... and why they were not in the list to begin with is anybodies guess.
