Replace "and the Company also agreed to withdraw its application for a Scientific Opinion" (which adds nothing, no offence) with "That information was announced to the ASX platform before the beginning of trade on 26 March 2015."


Replace second last paragraph with:


"In the lead-up to that decision, TIS's share price declined significantly from 25 cents on 18 February 2015, to a close of 18.5 cents on 25 March 2015, that being the day before the EMA's decision was announced. Significantly, a huge number of shares 'matched' at close of trade on 25 March 2015 and TIS closed down more than 11% that day, purportedly on no news.

As I write, TIS's share price has dropped by over 30% in reaction to the public announcement of the EMA's decision.

Trading in TIS over the last few weeks, and most particularly at close of trade on 25 March 2015, would seem highly suggestive of insider trading by some shareholders."
