I've tried to report trading irregularities to ASIC before and they will only accept a formal complaint within their own guidelines. The following link will take you to the relevant page on their site and this is includes a button for proceeding to the complaint form:

In my opinion the leak has occurred in Europe which would mean that ASIC has no jurisdiction to do anything about it. They may have some sort of cooperation agreement, however I've found them less than helpful in the past. Worth a try though and thanks for your efforts!
