We know that these so called "institutions" are not investor types. What they want is a discount to market so they can then dump it on the market when they receive the shares and pocket the margin. These days, they're losing more often than not on this type of trade, hence continuous calls for steeper discounts.

Next announcement will be for a price 4c, ostensibly due to deteriorating market conditions. Lop off all their heads, the whole lot make me sick.
