Personally I think its a stroke of genius from the board doing the oppies this way.

Why? I'm sure this can go well past 6c again so i'm certain all the oppies will be converted giving AYN an extra $1.8m in the future. I'm sure if they were 7c or 8c+ they would likely convert maybe hold some or sell part/all at a nice little profit. The shares would be consumed pretty easy and would'nt have to much of an impact on the price.

There only 2c out of the money at todays close.
And yes i do realise they are out of pocket .7c with the ords.

I'm sure we will see a boost in the price tomorrow though.
