Te company needs to say whether those 30m new options are to be listed on the ASX. I presume they will be if they are handing them out to retail shareholders in the SPP.

PhillW is right. You have to add in the options trading price for the capital raising. I once bought PYC following a raising and paid less than the raising price, but didn't take into account the options, so the price then fell to withering levels. Someone then explained that the SI's were still in profit due to the options. A good lesson there.
