    yes is certainly a positive for AYN that sophisticated investors are happy to pay more than the market trading price(first time I've seen that in the PM sector) ...now will shareholders ?? AYN wouldn't ask for 8mill if they didn't need it...so maybe not so much exploration till bank balance goes positive
