That should put to rest the possibility that those shares would be offered at lower and lower prices due to adverse market conditions.

And just for good measure, how about offering those parcels of $15,000 worth of shares to current shareholders at a nice discount to the 4.8 cents the sophisticated investors have just paid.

That would be a nice bonus for current holders and for once they would get a better deal than the sophisticated investors/institutions!
