Pretty unprecedented. Funny how this is released to the market AFTER the AGM. I wonder if this in fact arrived in the morning post? Either way, I'm writing off the $k's I had in HDY, either way the directors have breached the CA.
Anyone else smelling a class action on the horizon? Might get a call from ILFP in the morning?
