Be interesting to watch and see. Can ASX or ASIC appoint an Administrator, or liquidator? If so assets could be sold and shareholders would be unsecuted creditors. Also if wrong doing then certain deals could be reversed and even some folks sued. That stuff would need court action but would happen if necesssry. I was involved with the MF Global administration and had a large unsecured debt, even though I got the nod and was in cash. That took ages but got it all back and two weeks ago got an interest payment too. Now that was multi million bucks and multi national but I think we might see similar. Much prefer relisting though because the Pattersons area tenements are surely valuable.
