    if HDY get delisted,
    - will they still answer the phone?
    - will they still have to present progress reports ? to where ? on their web site ?
    - how will they access fresh capital ? via mail outs to registered share holders ?
    - as there is no traded share price, how do they determine an issue price for new securities ?
