Ann: Update on ASX Enquiry, page-23

So HDY intends providing a satisfactory explanation, but it all depends on Everblu co-operation. HDY won't or can't elaborate because of ASX listing rules etc so SH's can't get any info out of them. Doubt Everblu are subject to the same constraints. Has anyone tried contacting them. They have email, twitter etc. Twitter is a public forum, they may be more inclined to provide a response there if the negative publicity of this is brought up, but one needs to be careful not to accuse etc them of anything publicly.
