I know I’m being pedantic and probably clutching at straws here, but wasn’t HDY supposed to provide an explanation to the ASX by the 20th. Is there any requirement for the ASX to immediately advise the market that they have received the response? If say, they received the response at the last minute (tonight), wouldn’t they then release something tomorrow? Obviously if they’ve received nothing the ASX would put out an announcement tomorrow morning saying they’ve delisted the company??
