There is one very scary part to this announcement.
The LAST phrase which suggests the Directors are considering a Total Company Offer.
This is precisely what we DONT WANT. A take over offer for 2c which is DOUBLE the current share-price and considered GREAT by the Directors.
This sort of offer is quite dangerous and possible when a share price like ours is DRIVEN down to the bottom of the barrel and allows predators to gobble up asset rich price poor companies.

If this DOES occur I am going to rally everyone and officially cry foul!!!!!
