Great ,, now we will see some financials $$$ wheres the Money? wheres the Gold? where are the Directors? I see here in NZ several Directors have been hit with $36m for trading a company insolvent...
Can I ask why compliance in Australia takes so long.... maybe your Inland Revenue guys could take over they seem to get Directors in Court in a week??
The main question is when will the creditors make a decision ,, its been moving at snails pace and shareholders want a decision ,,,
at what stage do ASIC come in,,, are you able to press charges as an individual in Australia ,, at least that way we can expedite answers ,,, now getting beyond a joke,,, any accountant could run a spread sheet,,, either WPG had the money and with held the Pybar payment or they didnt ,,that simple,, what was in the bank when they stated they decided to with hold payment ,,, there was some money cause thats what the Directors were on the teat of...
