Tell me why would the ASX look into a company that has been flying directly in the face of legislation, laws, #@%/! etc. I could see NO benefit in the ASX doing their job and answering the calls of a large majority of MHL SHs - that would be a joke. We could ask ASIC to look at the directors and have an even bigger laugh at their response.

IMO management have attempted to keep their powder dry and fly under the radar as long as they could - now their own advisors have given them a prod.

Give something to pander to the whingings of the maddening crowd.

Will 21/12/10 be the start of a new future - or another grasp at a straw by a drowning man?

Better late than never - hopefully it will put it out of our missery one way or another.
