Yuo can;t ignore the timing of the pending aquisition . i mean these guys struck oil at Fury and cant touch it as its 6 ft under water ... then an oportunity too good to be true arrives at their feet ..
Now we have a date and it would seem they are still pushing to get the full 90% with the assistance of a "Global Investment bank" ... imho .. wont see any issues in lending them whats required ( $59 mil i think it was ) based on a rough ongoing rev of close 17.5 mil pa ( 90% figure ) ... yo have to take the assets they're taking on here also with a dolloar value of ??? ..
This still BIG fish still needs to be landed in the boat .. but it would seem now that MHL will buying a bigger boat ! as long as there are no more delays .. we could be having a merrier xmas than usual !

Those oppies at .001 are looking very attractive !
