I think continuous disclosure rules relate to matters which are "Material".
so the fact that they need an extension to completion date, is probably not material, because the deal was already approved, we all knew it was coming, and as others say, it is over Xmas.
but I mentioned earlier, the fact that ERM has given us another loan of $1.5m, and an extension, says to me that ERM is determined for this deal to be completed.
